Not all documents (PDF, EPUB, etc) are built the same. Just as an example, sometimes, "book view" requires no spacing between pages for certain documents which are meant to be viewed as full two-page spreads, while other times, spacing is needed. It would be great if we could add our own custom views to the menu.
