Add Quality of Life Options for Tabs

As it is hard to read Titles of Documents when there are more than 10 in the Tabbar, some Quality of Life Updates seem overdue.
- Add the Option to Scroll through the Tabbar, similiarly to other PDF Editors.
- Add a Dropdown List at the End of the Tabbar to directly see a List of all Tabs currently opened. Eventually other Options related to Tabs could be added to this Dropdown Menu.
- Add an Option for Tabs to be listed on the Side, similarly to the Bookmark Menu.
- Only show the "X" Symbol on the currently chosen Tab. (Other Tabs could still be closed via Right Click or Shortcut - for example "Delete + Left Click").

In latest pre-release (https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/prerelease) if you do
Ctrl + Tab
or Ctrl + K
and @
you'll get a list of tabs to navigate, narrow by search i.e. like the drop down list ideaJ

I favour option 2. I would not like another side bar showing the tabs as this takes up more space on the screen. Having said that I think option 4 would be good to implement too, as it reduces the size taken up by the inactive tabs on the screen, leaving more space to show the titles of the documents.
