There are too many resource hungry pdf readers out there. The main atractive that I found on SumatraPDF is to be lightweight. The second one is how simple it is to highlight with shortcut "a".
If more non-daily features are required, they could be addressed with unintrusive online services.

SumatraPDF is a great basic reader with some commenting facilities. I would not want to see it become over-packed with other facilities. If anybody needs to manipulate PDF files then you could try the free tools at https://tools.pdf24.org/en/creator
