Implement smooth scroll with mouse wheel, touch pad and keyboard arrows, as in browsers.

Also, if possible smooth zoom (when changing for example from 100% to 120%)

in just released 3.4 we have experimental smooth scrolling with SmoothScroll advanced option. See https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/settings/settings#SmoothScroll

kjk: I just tried it, sorry i didn't read changelog first. It works nicely. How about smooth zoom?

kjk: smooth scroll is not really smooth. Also, I need an option to enable smooth scroll for mouse wheel, but disable for scrollbar
